Information Evening

Fairview School will host their TLC OPEN HOUSE on Thursday, January 11, 2024 from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. This will be held ONLINE. Please use this link to join the meeting: Fairview Online Open House .  The OPEN HOUSE will provide an overview of the Traditional Learning Centre program and the application process.  Expression of Interest forms will be accepted starting Monday, January 15, 2024, through CBE School Engage only.  The PowerPoint presentation will be posted to the school website, https://school.cbe.ab.ca/school/fairview, on Thursday, January 11, 2024.

The meeting will take place at Fairview School in the Main Gym.

• Monday, January 15, 2024 – Expression of Interest OPENS
• Tuesday, February 13, 2024 – Expression of Interest CLOSES
• Wednesday, February 14, 2024 – Lottery Process is completed
• February 15 – 29, 2024 Lottery Results are communicated
• March 14, 2025 – parental acceptance or decline notification must be complete

Please note that Expression of Interest forms may be accepted after February 13, 2024 however they are considered late and will be added to the end of the current lottery list.

Lottery notification dates may vary dependent on the date the letter is sent via email from Fairview School.
